Linda Weinstein Madden

Linda Weinstein Madden, of Bethesda, died on Sept. 7. Born in Newark, N.J., to Jerald and Matilda Weinstein, Linda grew up in Verona, N.J., before attending Princeton University. After graduating in the second class to welcome women, she studied law at The George Washington University Law School where she met her husband of 42 years, Michael. Linda worked at the Federal Trade Commission and then took a lengthy sabbatical to raise her three children, before working as a grant writer at the Jewish Social Service Agency and director of development at Mobile Medical Care.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Michael; her son, Jason and his wife, Megan; her son Joshua and his wife, Chelsea; and her daughter, Emily. She was the adoring grandmother of Caitlin, Caroline, Jackson and Nora. Contributions may be made to Mobile Medical Care. Services provided by Joseph Gawlers.
