Lucille Atlas, of Silver Spring, died on Jan. 21. She was 97. Beloved wife of the late David Atlas; devoted mother of Joan and Robert; adored grandmother of Michael, Brian and Melissa, Rachel Frati and Joel Zauderer; great-grandmother of Luke David Frati; cherished aunt of Gail White.
