On Wednesday, Aug. 6, Marian Marks of Rockville. Beloved wife of the late Jack Marks; loving mother of Kenny (Ellen) Marks and Sandra Gering; dear sister of the late Lillian Greenspan, Ann Halpern and Bernard Freedman; cherished grandmother of Brett and Craig Gering, Julie Beiser, Lindsey Marks and Greg Marks; great-grandmother of Harrison and Allison Beiser, Holden, Gable and Blythe Gering. She is also survived by two very close sisters-in-law, Shirley Markowitz and Sophie Galblum. Funeral services were held Aug. 8, in the Sadugor Gazebo at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park in Clarksburg, Md. Family will be observing shiva through Saturday evening at the residence of Kenny and Ellen Marks. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Susan G.
