Mitzi Bookoff Waghelstein, of Rockville, passed away on Oct. 14. Beloved wife of the late Marvin Waghelstein. Mother of Alan (Elyse) Waghelstein, Nancy (Stewart) Cherner, Diane (Steven) Jaffee and David (Ellen) Waghelstein. Loving grandmother of Brett (Sarah) Waghelstein, Michael (Jennifer) and Carey (Leigh) Cherner, Brian (Jordan), Scott and Matthew (Madeline) Jaffee and Andrea (Brian) Wishan and Evan (Dara) Waghelstein. Great-grandmother to Sloan, Emmie, Carson and Parker Cherner, Sloan and Campbell Jaffee and Aaron Wishan. Sister of Sheila Rossan. Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
