
Molly Gravholt on March 1 became the first chief financial and administrative officer of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.
Gravholt is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience in non-profit financial management. In her new role, Gravholt will oversee Federation’s administrative, financial and essential business functions and lead the development of scalable systems and processes across the organization.
A resident of Northern Virginia, Gravholt moved to the Washington area in 2011 to become Community Health Charities’ national chief financial officer. She became the organization’s chief operating officer in 2016.
