Carmiya and Michael Weinraub of Bronx (Riverdale), N.Y., announce the birth of their daughter, Nomi Sage, on Feb. 22. She weighed 8 lbs, 6 oz. Carmiya (Kasse) Weinraub is formerly of Burke, Va. Nomi Sage’s Hebrew name is Naomi Esther, named after her great-grandmother Minnie Kasse of Akron, Ohio, and North Miami Beach. She’s also named after her cousin Steven Greenfield of Jacksonville. Also welcoming Nomi Sage are her sister Lily Grace, brother Isaac Erez, brother Tobias Samuel, and grandparents Ruth Kramer of Annandale, David and Rimma Kasse of Bradenton, Fla., and Fred Silverman of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
