Norman G. Torchin, of Bethesda, died on Oct. 5. Beloved husband of the late Barbara N. Torchin. Devoted father of Lynne (Gary) Shay, Terri Feld and Michael (Vickie) Torchin. Cherished grandfather of Courtney, Brian, Kevin and Kristyn Shay and Lauren and Kaley Feld. Loving brother of Stanley (Cindy) Torchin and the late Leah (the late Sidney) Brown.
