Norman E. Jacobs, of Silver Spring, died on Dec. 20.
He was the beloved husband of the late Martha “Marti” Jacobs; devoted father of Neil (Marcie) Jacobs; dear brother of Allan Jacobs; and loving grandfather of Ariana and Erin Jacobs.
