Norman Tayler, of Rockville, passed away on July 21. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn Binin. Devoted father of Baron Leonard Tayler (Robin Schuldenfrei), Abrielle Hope Tayler-Levine (Marissa J. Levine) and Andra Lee Tayler (Benyamin Fleischman). Loving brother of Ellie Gussin. Cherished grandfather of Ezekiel (Jessica) Tayler, Ariel Tayler Smith (Wayne), Hanna (Josh) Shuey, Zachary (Jessica) Tayler, Lianna Levine-Reisner (Elnatan) and Seth Levine; and great-grandfather to 13. He is also survived by his nephew, Donald Diamond; and nieces, Karen Silverman, Alyssa Gussin Perlman, Debra Gussin and their families. Norman was predeceased by his sister, Anne Babineau, and his nephew, Richard Gussin. Norman graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, CCNY and Drexel University. He served during the Korean War in the Navy reserves, worked as an engineer and later in real estate development.
