Outrageous

1

Regarding your Oct. 9 editorial (“Sweden’s False Steps”), I recognize that Sweden is a democracy and its prime minister can do whatever he chooses. However, supporters of Israel can also make purchasing decisions based on misguided decisions by European heads of state.

It is outrageous that Sweden has granted diplomatic recognition to “Palestine.” There is no country called “Palestine.” Until this misguided diplomatic recognition is reversed, when looking for a car to purchase, all supporters of Israel should pass by the Volvo and Saab dealers and only consider purchasing automobiles made in places other than Sweden.

  1. Agreed. This ultra liberalism is sickening. BTW, there are sections in Sweden (Malmo) in which Swedish police dare not tread, such is the fear of dissent with the Muslims. No more Volvo or Saab and no more counting on “free” Europe. The continent is in the sunset of its long and distinguished culture.
