Phyllis Golomb Baylin, of North Bethesda, died on Sept. 7. Beloved wife of the late Jerome I. Baylin. Devoted mother of Ilene (Daniel) Kracov, Neal (Janice) Baylin and Steven Baylin. Cherished grandmother of Madeline, Nicholas and Katherine Kracov, Alexandra Poland and Frederick (Lauren), Kirby, and Reed Baylin. Contributions may be made to the Capital Jewish Museum.
