Rachel Robin, daughter of Nelson and Ellen Robin of Germantown, will be called to the Torah as a bat mitzvah on Saturday, Dec. 21. at Congregation Har Shalom in Potomac.
Rachel is the granddaughter of Lester and Barbara Poris of Owings Mills (formerly Columbia) and George and Roz Robin of Tamarac, Fla.
Rachel is a seventh grader in the Highly Gifted Center Program (Humanities) at Roberto Clemente Middle School in Germantown.
