Randi Suzan Jacobs, of Washington, died on June 11. Daughter of the late Shirley and Marshall Jacobs; loving sister of Larry Jacobs; cherished aunt of Skyler and Spencer Jacobs. Randi was the retired founder and proprietor of RSJ Mailing Service that served the DC Metro Area for over 30 years.
