On Nov. 27, Richard Kramer of Gainesville, Va. Husband of Anne Lea; father of Jeff Kramer, Susan Shedd and Amy Kramer; stepfather of Robb (Marina) Levin and David (Ellen) Levin; stepgrandfather of Gabriella Levin and Anthony Snider; brother of Bev (Ron) Goldberg. A graveside service was held at King David Cemetery on Nov. 29. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Olam Tikvah in Fairfax.
