Ronald Martin Bleicher, of Silver Spring, died on March 21. Beloved husband of Estelle Bleicher; devoted father of Jeffrey Bleicher; loving brother of the late Harvey Bleicher; cherished uncle to Scott (Winn) and Marc (Julia) Bleicher.
