On Nov. 15, Rosalie Lichter (nee Cohen); beloved wife of the late George Lichter; devoted mother of Leslie Lichter, Alan (Deborah) Lichter; loving grandmother of David Lichter-Mason, Julia Lichter-Mason and Andrew Lichter.
