Ruth Levine, of Washington, passed away on Jan. 14. She was 106. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin Levine. Devoted mother of Judith (Elliott) Lichtman and Felice Levine. Loving grandmother of Sarah (Edward) Lichtman Spector, Julia (Matthew) Lichtman Kepniss and Rachel Levine. Adoring great-grandmother of Elana and Noah Spector, Jack and Flora Kepniss and Chloe Levine. Dear sister-in-law of Janet deVries. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and others. Contributions may be made to Bread for the City (breadforthecity.org).
