Seth Tuwiner, son of Lois and Jerry Tuwiner of Annapolis, was chosen as one of the “Top Docs” in the field of neurology listed in the March 2014 issue of Washingtonian magazine. Questionnaires were sent to 8,000 randomly selected local physicians in the Washington/Baltimore area, asking them which doctors in each of 40 medical specialties they would send members of their families to. Doctors who were chosen received the greatest number of recommendations within their specialties. Dr. Tuwiner practices in Landsdowne, Va.
