On June 29, Sidney A. Alpert of Silver Spring. Beloved husband of the late Lenore B. Alpert; devoted father of Mark (Sharon) Alpert and the late Andrea Ellen Alpert; dear brother of Dolores (the late Marty) Diamond and Lawrence (Eleanore) Alpert; loving grandfather of Adam and Stacey Rosenthal and Julie (Andy Arkley) and Jennifer Alpert; cherished great-grandfather of Faith Rosenthal. Funeral services were held July 2 at Judean Memorial Gardens in Olney. Memorial contributions may be made to Ohev Sholom-The National Synagogue.
