Simon Josen, of Washington, died on Jan. 22. Devoted father of Rita (Gary) Carleton, Helen Josen and the late Jerry (surviving, Kim) Josen. Cherished grandfather of Lena, Benjamin and Sarah Carleton and Rachel Josen. Contributions may be made to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Arrangements entrusted to Torchinsky Hebrew Funeral Home.
