Stella and Samy Ymar, of Rockville, were honored by AMIT on Nov. 22 for their strong commitment to AMIT Children.
“When I was 12 years old, we moved to Israel from Morocco and I had the good fortune to enroll in AMIT Kfar Batya School,” recalled Samy. “AMIT prepared me well for the army and for life. My work with AMIT as a lay leader is most important. I’ve shared my AMIT story to audiences throughout the United States and owe my education to AMIT.”
