Susan L. Miller passed away on Sept. 25. Born in 1939 in New Haven, Conn. Miller studied art at Southern Connecticut State University. She taught art in Connecticut before moving to Washington and teaching art at Cynthia Warner, Regina High School and DeMatha. She also ran an antique business in Frederick for more than 25 years. She is survived by husband of 61 years, Julian David Miller; sister, Harriet Carchman; children, Karen (Alan) Rubinstein and Ted (Terry Royed) Miller; and grandchildren, Elana (Ben) Sigal and Michael Rubinstein.
