Harriet Smith, of Potomac, died on Nov. 28. Beloved wife of the late Paul Smith; loving mother of Jeffrey (Stephanie) Smith, Judith (Steven) Habre, Lisa (Eric) Young and Clara (Avraham) Margolis; also survived by 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
